以前、こんなエントリーを書いたのだが、スタイルファイルのsetspace.styやdoublespace.styを使うのが常識らしい。知りませんでした。たとえば、setspace.styの使い方はプリアンブルに
\usepackage{setspace}
\doublespacing
と書いておくとdouble-spacedになる(footnoteなどはdouble-spacedにならない)。一部だけsingle-spacedにしたい場合には、以下のようにする。
\begin{singlespace}
一部分
\end{singlespace}
